Today, I will continue diving in the interactive media industry. This time I will be talking about another company I think could be a great place to work, the name of the company is Spiria. This is a completely different company from my previous post. This time, I came across a phrase that caught my attention, which is “it’s up to you to find out what it is!”. With so much curiosity, I had to make a more in-depth research about this company. The phrase made me very much interested.

Spiria is a company that creates custom digital solutions for different businesses in diverse industries, its core focus is to revamp and maximise business’s potential by making better strategies to engage customers. It is located in Oakville Toronto; If you live in downtown Toronto, the distance by driving takes an hour. However, it has other locations, such as Montreal, Ottawa and Boston, United States. Although it was founded 15 years ago, it started with few employees and has now increased its employee number to about 200. It is a company that is growing fast because of its excellent job; as a result, it has a very large successful list of clients that have paved way for Spiria to be recognized and valued in the market. For example: Autodesk, Bosh, Party city, Evenko, Desjardins, within others.

Spiria offers its employees a good salary as well as the opportunity to get training with a variety of provided seminars and classes even during working hours. This demonstrates its interest in having constantly high skilled people adapt to the changes in the market and apply their talent and knowledge into all projects.
